When you buy one of our Champagnes, it is already matured. Nevertheless, you can store it for up to one to two years in a cellar maintained at a temperature of 12 to 14 °C. The bottles must be laid horizontally and kept away from direct light.
Please, do not hesitate to ask us for any advice you may require.
Ideally, from 24 to 48 hours in a refrigerator, or half an hour in an ice bucket. Champagne should be served between 6 and 8 °C. Avoid the freezer.
To keep your bottle chilled, use your GRATIOT Gérard cooler.
Fine glass or transparent crystal. Favour tulip glasses or coupes in order to release the wine’s aromas. To obtain good effervescence, avoid the dishwasher and rinse your glasses well in hot water.
