The grape varieties
The three Champenois varieties are used in the elaboration of our cuvées.
Chardonnay, a white grape variety provides the wine with finesse, elegance and floral aromas.
Le Pinot noir,a black grape variety with white juice, is characterised by red fruit aromas and ensures body, strength and long life.
More particularly in our valley, the Pinot Meunier, a black variety with white juice, provides the wine with freshness, fruitiness and especially white fruit aromas. Moreover, in Charly sur Marne we have created a Confrérie to pay tribute to Pinot Meunier, in order to honour this prestigious grape variety.
