London Wine Trade Fair
This year we participate in the London Wine Fair wich takes place from May 18th to 20th.

The Rosé has been awarded a silver medal at the International Vinalies 2008 and 2009
Corn in the Vineyards!
But who had the strange idea to sow corn in the vineyards?
Can you believe it? For 3 years we have sown corn on some vineyards.
The roots of the corn bring a lot o advantages:
- avoid ground erosion
- allow better ground airing (décompacts the ground by development of roots) and therfore a
better infiltration of water. - corn has allélopathic action (it slows down the development of weed).
This corn is regularly cut and becomes strubble in July.

2006, 2007, changes on the "cellar" side!
2006 and 2007, have seen the growing and modernization of the "cave" (cellar): place where
bottles are stored and turned.
Concerned about the respect of environment, we have built two tanks: one for collecting rain
water and another one for collecting waste water.
